For all appointments, we charge your card a deposit in order to hold your appointment. The amount will be debited immediately upon payment. The remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled appointment.
In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you have to call our studio to do so within 72 hours (3 business days, we are closed on Sundays) prior to your appointment. If any rescheduling or cancellation are done after 72 hours or you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit for the service will be automatically forfeited.
You will receive a text message and email 7 days prior to your appointment. Out of respect for our artists and your time, you must confirm your appointment a minimum of 72 hours (3 business, we are closed on Sundays) in advance. If a confirmation is not received 72 hours (3 business, we are closed on Sundays) prior to your appointment, your deposit for the service will be automatically forfeited.
